20 hours per week - Schedule will vary depending on student's class schedule.

Tutor students using nondirective and student-led strategies. Provide students with resources, study strategies, and skills to encourage independent learning. Serve as a social and academic role model to students.

- Assist teacher(s) in preparation of curriculum materials
- Assist teacher(s) in classroom/playground set up and clean up
- Assist teacher(s) in supervision of children/activities
- Interact with children and be responsive to children’s needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks: laundry and cleaning/sanitizing of classroom materials
- Other duties as assigned by the director
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to sit, walk, and stand up to 4 hours 
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products  
- Ability to use office equipment (fax, copier, etc)

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background Check
- Completion of New Employee Training
- Must be currently enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring semester
- Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above (if first semester student, GPA requirement is waived)
- If student qualifies for Federal Work Study, the student will be hired as a Federal Work Study employee to utilize these funds
